By accessing, registering, purchasing, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

  1. Definitions
    • User/You: Anyone using the Platform (including minors with guardian consent).
    • Account: Your registered user profile.
    • Speaking Test: Any speaking mock test attempt provided via the Platform.
    • Paid Service: Any subscription, package, or one-time purchase.
    • Content: Questions, prompts, reports, feedback, guides, UI, designs, and materials.
  2. Educational Nature & Non-Affiliation
    • Mock Test For IELTS is an educational practice platform.
    • We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with IELTS, British Council, IDP, or Cambridge.
    • Any scores, feedback, or results are practice indicators, not official IELTS outcomes.
  3. Eligibility & Age Policy (Low age allowed)

    Because this is an educational skill-testing platform, we allow young learners to use it.

    • Recommended minimum age: 8 years
    • If you are under 18, you must have parent/guardian consent to create an account and/or make purchases.
    • The parent/guardian is responsible for supervising usage and purchases by minors.
  4. Account Registration & Security
    • You must provide accurate, current information.
    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
    • Account sharing or selling access is prohibited unless explicitly permitted by us.
  5. Acceptable Use

    You must not:

    • Copy, record, scrape, redistribute, resell, or publish Platform Content or test materials
    • Reverse engineer, bypass limits, or exploit system vulnerabilities
    • Use bots/automation to overload or misuse the Service
    • Harass others, post illegal content, or attempt fraud/chargeback abuse

    Violation may lead to suspension/termination without refund.

  6. Purchases, Pricing & Payments (SSLCommerz)
    • Prices and packages may change at any time. The price at checkout applies to that purchase.
    • Payments are processed through SSLCommerz and its supported payment methods (local and international options may vary).
    • We do not store full card information. Transaction processing may involve SSLCommerz and partner institutions.
    • You are responsible for any bank fees, currency conversion, or international transaction charges.
  7. Service Delivery & Access
    • After payment confirmation, access/attempts are activated according to your purchase.
    • We may enforce fair-use limits (attempt counts, time limits, daily caps) to prevent misuse.
    • We may update or modify features, prompts, scoring logic, and the Platform experience.
  8. Speaking-Only Policy: No Date Transfer, No Refund on Cancellation

    For Speaking-only products/services:

    • No date transfer is applicable (speaking attempts are delivered as instant digital access, not scheduled exam dates).
    • If a user cancels after purchase, no refund will be applicable.
    • Unused attempts do not guarantee refunds.
  9. Intellectual Property (IP)
    • All Platform Content, branding, UI, reports, databases, and systems are owned by Plexora Lab or its licensors.
    • You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Service for learning purposes only.
  10. User Content (Audio/Responses)

    You may submit audio and responses during tests. You retain ownership of your personal content, but you grant us a limited license to:

    • Process audio/responses to provide scoring/feedback
    • Improve Service quality using aggregated and/or anonymized data where feasible
  11. Disclaimers (No Score Guarantee)
    • We do not guarantee any IELTS band score or exam outcome.
    • Automated/AI scoring may vary due to microphone quality, background noise, internet stability, accent variability, and other limitations.
  12. Availability & Maintenance

    We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, third-party outages, or security actions may cause downtime.

  13. Suspension & Termination

    We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud suspicion, abuse, or security reasons. Termination due to violations may occur without refund.

  14. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law:

    • We are not liable for indirect losses (missed opportunities, exam outcomes, lost profits).
    • Our liability (if any) will not exceed the amount paid for the specific disputed service.
  15. International Users

    If you access the Platform outside Bangladesh, you agree to comply with local laws. Payment methods and features may vary by location.

  16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will be handled by courts with appropriate jurisdiction in Bangladesh.

  17. Updates to Terms

    We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised Effective Date. Continued use indicates acceptance.

Refund & Cancellation Policy — Mock Test For IELTS

Effective Date: 05 March 2026
This Policy explains refunds, cancellations, and transfers for purchases made on Mock Test For IELTS.

  1. General Rule (Digital Service)

    Mock Test For IELTS provides instant digital access. Therefore, all sales are generally final once access is delivered/activated, unless required by applicable law.

  2. Speaking-Only Purchases (Strict Policy)

    For Speaking-only purchases:

    • No date transfer is applicable.
    • If you cancel after purchase, no refund will be applicable.
    • Partially used or unused speaking attempts are non-refundable.
  3. Exceptions (When We May Help)

    We may review and resolve issues only in cases such as:

    • Duplicate charge for the same order
    • Payment successful but access not activated due to a verified system issue
    • A verified technical failure on our side preventing access for a reasonable period

    Resolution may be provided as a retry/credit/refund depending on verification.

  4. Non-Refundable Reasons (Examples)

    Refunds are not provided for:

    • Change of mind / no longer needed
    • Lack of usage after purchase
    • Incorrect purchase by user
    • Purchases made by minors without supervision (guardian responsibility applies)
    • Internet/device/microphone issues from the user's side
  5. How to Request Support

    • Registered email/phone
    • Order ID / Transaction ID
    • Date/time of payment
    • Screenshot of payment confirmation (if available)

    We may request additional verification.

  6. Processing Time

    If approved, refunds (if any) are processed via the original payment method and may take time depending on banks/payment partners.
